Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery for orders above €500.

Orders below €500:
- €6.99 within Amsterdam.
- €12.99 within 30 km outside Amsterdam (up to 10 kg).
- €20.00 for the rest of the Netherlands (up to 20 kg).
Delivery Schedule
- e.g. Place your order by Friday evening for Sunday delivery. Shipping with in 48 hours.
- Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and location.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via bank transfer Direct before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders may be withheld until payment arrangements are confirmed.
Bulk Orders & Trade Customers
- Customers placing bulk orders and choosing direct payment (Cash & Carry) are eligible for the maximum possible discounts, subject to product category and order volume.
